VOZ uses UPS and USPS for domestic and international delivery.
Orders for expedited (2-3 day) or next-day shipping, which are available for an additional charge, must be placed by 12 p.m. ET. Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET will ship on the next business day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. VOZ is unable to reroute packages.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Tracking Your Order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
If you are shipping to a destination outside the US, all taxes, customs and import duties will be levied by the destination’s local government.
VOZ has shipped to Australia, Canada, Chile, France, Japan, Mexico, and the United Kingdom among others. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to get our products to your door!
Returns on Non-sale Items
VOZ will exchange or refund non-sale items returned to VOZ within 14 days of shipment date. VOZ will issue a store credit for non-sale items returned to VOZ within 30 days of shipment date.
All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition.
Please include completed Return Form with your returned items. The Return Form is found on page two of the order invoice, included with shipment.
When issuing a return for a purchase that was made with both a store credit and a new charge, the store credit will first be applied to any exchanges, and then remaining balance refunded to your card. We are unable to hold items for exchange.

We will credit your account, less any shipping costs, within 5 days of return receipt. We will also send a return confirmation email at this time. In the case that goods are not available for exchange, your card will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of VOZ, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Please note the shipping cost for sending and receiving international returns will be covered by the customers.
VOZ is not liable for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. VOZ will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
VOZ offers free domestic shipping on all exchanges. We try our best to fill every exchange request. If a requested style or size is unavailable, then the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or given as store credit.
Returns on Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items must be returned to VOZ within 14 days of shipment date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above).
VOZ does not hold items for exchange.
Order Changes and Cancellations
VOZ is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
Sale Price Adjustment Policy
VOZ offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your Voz account in the form of a store credit.
Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
