VOZ SS18 celebrates the bold voices of two female American modernist pioneers of the 20th Century who established new paradigms of creative freedom, dancer Ruth St. Dennis and artist Georgia O’Keefe. Fusing elements from St. Dennis’ fluid, ceremonial choreography and O’Keefe’s supple brush strokes and harsh desert palate, VOZ SS18 collection merges flowing silk and cotton silhouettes with terracotta, sky blue, and blush hand-woven textile layers. In the spirit of these women who so notably challenged and transformed the course of artistic history, VOZ gives a voice to all women through elegance, authenticity and illuminating quality.
