RETURNS ON NON-SALE ITEMS

Voz will exchange or refund non-sale items returned to Voz within 20 days of shipment date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition.

Please include completed Return Form with your returned items. The Return Form is found on page two of the order invoice, included with shipment.

Voz offers FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL EXCHANGES. We try our best to fill every exchange request. If a requested style is unavailable, the the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or given as store credit. Please inform us as to which option you would prefer.

When issuing a return for a purchase that was made with both a store credit and a new charge, the store credit will first be applied to any exchanges, and then remaining balance refunded to your card. We are unable to hold items for exchange.

We will credit your account, less any shipping costs, within 5 days of return receipt. We will also send a return confirmation email at this time. In the case that goods are not available for exchange, your card will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Voz, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Voz is not liable for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Voz will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items must be returned to Voz within 20 days of shipment date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above).

Voz does not hold items for exchange.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Voz is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Voz offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your Voz account in the form of a store credit.

Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
